Abstract
En fremgangsmåte og et system er tilveiebrakt for å samle inn seismiske data fra en seismisk undersøkelsesplan. Et undersøkelsesområde blir valgt hvor de seismiske data vil innsamles. En navigasjonsløsning blir bestemt mellom en GPS-bestemt plassering av den bærbare navigasjonsinnretning og det bestemte koordinat og deretter presentert i et menneskelig gjenkjennende medium. En seismisk innretning kan anbringes ved den bestemte koordinat for å insonifisere en undergrunnsformasjon med seismisk energi, eller for å påvise reflektert seismisk energi. Data kan periodisk legges inn og gjenvinnes fra den bærbare navigasjonsinnretning av en feltoperatør.A method and system are provided to collect seismic data from a seismic survey plan. A survey area is selected where the seismic data will be collected. A coordinate where at least one point of interest in the study area is determined and submitted to a portable navigation device. A navigation solution is determined between a GPS-determined location of the portable navigation device and the particular coordinate and then presented in a human-recognizable medium. A seismic device may be positioned at the particular coordinate to insonify a subsurface formation with seismic energy, or to detect reflected seismic energy. Data can be periodically entered and retrieved from the portable navigation device by a field operator.
