Abstract
Oppfinnelsen vedrører et skip (1) for anvendelse ved høy hastighet og/eller tung sjø som har et enkelt langt og slankt skrog, en skarp baug (4), og akterenden (11) av skroget har en flat eller litt V-formet bunn (7) med minst ett akterror (10), én eller flere propeller (9) og/eller vannjetter som fremdriftsmidler, hvor forskipet (3) har et dyptgående som er lik eller mer enn dyptgående av akterenden (11). I samsvar med oppfinnelsen har baugen (4) en styringsoverflate (5, 16, 20) som omdanner vannstrømmen (F) langs skipet (1) som beveger seg forover til en justerbare siderettet kraft (B).
