Abstract

Farmasøytiske preparater inneholdende bærermaterialpartikler som bærer mikropartikler av et legemiddel. Legemiddel-mikropartiklene kan være avsatt på bærermaterialpartiklene ved f. eks. sublimering. Foretrukne utførelsesfonner av disse farmasøytiske preparater er egnet for administrasjon ved inhalering eller injeksjon. Det beskrives også metoder for å behandle lungeinfeksjon hos pasienter med cystisk fibrose via inhalering av eksempelvis kalsitriolpreparater.
