Abstract

Oppfinnelsen angår en innretning for behandling av overflater av silikonskiver som omfatter transportruller for å transportere silikonskiven og minst en transportinnretning som fukter overflaten av silikonskiven med et vannholdig medium på transportplanet som bestemmes transportrullene. Transportørinnretningen er konfigurert slik at den kan påføre behandlingsmedium til overflaten av silikonskiven som er innrettet på nedadvendt måte og som er anordnet på transportplanet. Flere sugerør for å suge gassformig og/eller tåkelignende fordelt behandlingsmedium fra området som omslutter transportørinnretningene tilveiebrakt. Sugerørene anordnet i den vertikale retning under transportplanet.
