Abstract

Det er beskrevet farmasøytisk preparat som omfatter pantoprazol som den aktive bestanddelen. Pantoprazol er tilstede i form av partikler som har en midlere partikkelstørrelse innenfor området fra 60 µm til 250 µm . Pantoprazol som har en midlere partikkelstørrelse innenfor området 60 µm til 250 µm fremstilles ved en fremgangsmåte som omfatter trinnene med fukting av pantoprazol med vann som har en pH på 10 til 12 i en blander med høy skjærpåvirkning, det våte pantoprazol føres gjennom en sikt som har en maskevidde på 0,8 til 2 mm, og massen tørkes i en fluidsjikttørker.
