Abstract
Det beskrives en anordning for overvåking av partikler i en fluidstrøm, omfattende et hovedparti og et detektorelement som er akustisk avkoplet fra hovedpartiet. Detektorelementet omfatter en måloverflate, en akustisk prøvesensor og en korrosjonssensor. Den akustiske prøvesensor er akustisk koplet til måloverflaten og er anordnet til å tilveiebringe et første signal som varierer i avhengighet av akustisk støy som genereres av støt av partikler og fluid på måloverflaten. Korrosjonssensoren er anordnet til å tilveiebringe et annet signal, som varierer i avhengighet av korrosjon og/eller erosjon av måloverflaten. En korresponderende fremgangsmåte for overvåking av partikler i en fluidstrøm er også beskrevet. Fremgangsmåten og anordningen er egnet for overvåking av sand i olje- og gassproduksjonsstrømmer.
