Abstract
Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen er del av en metode for kontinuerlig produksjon av polysilisiumsblokker, spesielt fremstilt av et tilsvarende polykrystallinmateriale. Det inneholder en metallurgisk metode for kontinuerlig produksjon av store mengder med polysilisiumsblokker fremstilt av metallsilisium. Videre består trinnene av tomme grafittformer i linje på ovnsvogner, forvarming av formene i forvarmingsområdet, helling av det flytende silisiumet inn i de forvarmende støpeformene, transport av støpeformene fylt med flytende silisium fra området med høy temperatur til et område med middels temperatur, og deretter til et område med lav temperatur for størkning av det flytende silisiumet til krystallisert silisium. Det krystalliserte silisiumet nedkjøles frem til det når romtemperatur med hjelp av en dekkplate i et roterende samlebånd, og dermed genereres en hel polysilisiumsblokk. Systemet består av et hus, et kammer, en skinne, vogner, en fremre og en bakre hjelpevogn, et roterende transportbånd, en drivmekanisme og et justeringssystem.
