Abstract
En fremgangsmåte til fremstilling av en prøvestrimmel er tilveiebrakt. Fremgangsmåten omfatter utvelgelse av et prøvestrimmelsubstratmateriale og posisjonering av prøvestrimmelsubstratmaterialet i en forut bestemt avstand fra et matrisemateriale som er påført et annet substrat hvori i det minste et enzym som skal påføres prøvestrimmelsubstratet og med glukose som enzymatisk substrat, er inneholdt i matrisematerialet. En laserpuls rettes mot matrisemateriale for å frigjøre i det minste en del av i det minst ene enzymet som har glukose som som et enzymatisk substrat fra matrisematerialet og påføre enzymet på prøvestrimmelsubstratet.
