Abstract

Et formål med oppfinnelsen er å tilveiebringe en fremgangsmåte for å oppnå kalsiumkarbonatmateriale omfattende GCC og PCC, med en spesifikk helningsfaktor (definert som d30/d70 x 100, der dx, er den ekvivalente sfæriske diameteren i forhold til hvilken x % i vekt av partiklene er finere) på minst rundt 30, fortrinnsvis minst rundt 40 og mest foretrukket minst rundt 45, på en kostnadseffektiv måte, der GCC og PCC er sammenmalt, eventuelt med minst et annet mineralmateriale. Et annet formål med foreliggende oppfinnelse ligger i det oppnådde sammenmalte kalsiumkarbonatmaterialet i formen av en vandig suspensjon og i formen av et tørt produkt. Et annet formål med foreliggende oppfinnelse ligger i anvendelsene av slike produkter i enhver sektor som anvender mineralske materialer, og spesielt innen papir, maling og plastindustrier.
