Abstract
Oppfinnelsen angår analoge forbindelser av 6-tioguanosin-trifosfat med den generelle formel (I). (I) En forbindelse med den generelle formel (I), hvor den stiplede bindingen i sukkergruppen (her tegnet som dobbeltbinding) kan være enten enkel eller dobbel og hvor R1, R2, R3, R4 eller R5, lik eller forskjellig fra hverandre, har den generelle formel -(Int)m-Ter, hvor m er mellom 0 og 12 og Int og Ter er Interne og Terminale byggeblokker, hvor Int er valgt fra gruppen bestående av formel (II), og Ter er valgt fra gruppen bestående av formel (III). Og hvor X representerer enten et karbon- eller et nitrogenatom i en aromatisk ring, Y representerer enten et oksygen- eller et svovelatom og en ytterligere gruppe Q, gruppe Qi eller grupper Qi (Qi indikerer at gruppen, eller mange grupper, kan være bundet til en hvilken som helst umettet gruppe i ringen) er valgt fra gruppen bestående av -OH, -COOH, -N(CH3)2, -N(CH2-CH3)2, -CO-CH3, -CO-O-CH3, -O-CH3, -S-CH3, -SO2-CH3, , -CN, -NO2 eller -halogen-elementer, og hvor R5 kan være formel (IV) og metall- og ammoniumsalter derav, hvor n er mellom 0 og 5, eller oksygen eller fosfor er helt eller delvis erstattet av nitrogen-, svovel-, metylengrupper eller deres derivater. Oppfinnelsen angår også anvendelse av ovennevnte forbindelser på det medisinske område, og fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av dem.
