Abstract

Sensor av induktiv type som omfatter minst én bærer, der bæreren er forsynt med minst én spole, og der spolen er innrettet til å bli matet med et høyfrekvent signal. Spolen eller hver spoledel derav har sine respektive vindinger anbragt i ett plan og bæreren utgjøres av et skiveformet substrat med en deformeringstemperatur som er minst 1000 oC. Vindingene er tilveiebragt på substratet ved pådamping eller etsning. Sensoren er tilpasset for operasjon valgt i frekvensområdet 1 MHz - 1 GHz. Gjennom substratet og i senter av nevnte minst ene spole kan det eventuelt være anbragt en kjerne av ferromagnetisk materiale. Sensor er hensiktsmessig innstøpbar ved hjelp av glasskeramisk materiale eller glassmateriale i en åpning i en holder av metall eller metallegering. Sensoren er for eksempel anvendbar for flerfasemåling i fluidstrøm som inneholder en andel av vann, ved trykk valgt i området 0 - 1500 bar og temperatur valgt i området fra -50 oC til +250 oC. Særlig er sensoren anvendelig i en sensoranordning hvori ved hjelp av glasskeramisk materiale eller glassmateriale er innstøpt i minst én åpning på holderen en respektiv kapasitiv sensor, idet holderen via mellomstykke er forbundet med en festeflens beregnet for montering på rørledningsutstyr som fører nevnte fluid, slik at holderen ved slik montering trenger inn i fluidstrømmen. Derved kan nevnte vannandel detekteres kapasitivt og i det minste delvis induktivt i et første måleområde, og detekteres induktivt i et andre måleområde.
