Abstract

En multikontaktsensorkonnektor for anvendelse med et instrument tilpasset til å håndtere en sensorpakke inneholdende sensorer. Sensorene har flere elektriske kontakter. Konnektoren omfatter en testsensorstøtteramme, en printet kretskort konnektoroverflate, flere kontakter og en kontaktholder. Støtterammen danner en åpning derigjennom for å tillate at en testsensor passerer gjennom. Støtterammen har et hellende overflateområde tilpasset til å føre en testsensor inn i åpningen og et generelt horisontalt overflateområde tilpasset til å støtte testsensoren i åpningen. Kontaktene samvirker med de elektriske kontaktene. Kontaktene er plassert for å sikre testsensoren mellom kontaktene og det horisontale overflateområdet. Kontaktene komprimeres med støtterammen og er festet i forhold til den printede kretskortkonnektoroverflaten. Kontaktholderen er tilpasset til å holde på plass kontaktene og for å elektrisk isolere de respektive kontaktene fra hverandre.
