Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for å fremstille. 1,3-propandiol, inkluderende at ubearbeidet glyserin som biprodukt og biologisk dieselolje anvendes som substrat for fermenteringsprosess av 1,3-propandiol, som ikke krever ytterligere behandling; hvor produserende bakterier av 1,3-propandiol ble innokkulert inn i såmedium inneholdende ubearbeidet glyserin som biprodukt av biologisk dieselolje for å dyrke; og hvor såkulturen tilsettes inn i den innledende fermenteringsmedium inneholdende ubearbeidet glyserin som biprodukt av biologisk dieselolje for å fermentere; hvor pH ble regulert mellom 6,8 og 8,0, og hvor den besluttende fermenteringen ble oppnådd 1,3-pronaldiol ved å separere og ekstrahere dette fra medium.
