Abstract

En elektrisk konnektor (kopling) for bruk i undervannsanvendelser, hvor konnektoren omfatter en holder/stikkontakt ("receptacle") komponent omfattende en isolert hann-kontaktstift forsynt med riller, og en plugg/støpsel ("plug") komponent omfattende en kontaktsammenstilling. Ved inngrep mellom holder/ stikkontaktkomponenten og plugg/støpselkomponenten i bruk dannes en vanntett elektrisk forbindelse mellom hann-kontaktstiften og kontaktsammenstillingen. Holder/stikkontaktkomponenten omfatter videre et isolasjonsrør som hovedsakelig omgir den isolerte hann-kontaktstift over i det minste del av dennes lengde og som i bruk inneholder olje deri.
