Abstract

En tørrfremstillingsprosess for fremstillingen av en farmasøytisk formulering av benzimidazol og en alkalisk substans er beskrevet. En tablett komprimeres direkte fra et tørt pulver eller et tørt partikkelmateriale, og unngår enhver væske eller eksipiens vanligvis brukt som et våtbindemiddel. Fremstillingsprosessen har den fordelen at den er enkel og kostnadseffektiv. Samtidig overflødiggjør den et dyrt tørketrinn.Den resulterende farmasøytiske formuleringen har god stabilitet og en god oppløsningsprofil.
