Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer en pyrazolforbindelse som har leverglykogenfosforylaseinhiberende aktivietet og er anvendelig som et terapeutisk eller profilaktisk middel for diabetes, pyrazolforbindelsen er representert ved følgende generelle formel (I): hvori ring Q representerer en arylgruppe eller en heteroaromatisk gruppe, R1 representerer et hydrogenatom, et halogenatom, en C1_6 alkylgruppe eller en C1_6 alkoksygrappe, R2 representerer et halogenatom, en C1_6 alkylgruppe, en C1_6 alkoksygruppe eller en azidogruppe, R3 representerer et halogenatom, en hydroksylgruppe, en C1_6 alkylgruppe, en halo C1_6 alkylgruppe, en Ci.e alkoksygruppe, en azidogruppe, en aminogruppe, en acylaminogruppe eller en C1_6 alkylsulfonylaminogruppe, R4 og R5 er identiske med eller forskjellige fra hverandre, og representerer et hydrogenatom, en substituert eller usubstituert C1_6 alkylgruppe, en C3-8 cykloalkylgruppe, en substituert eller usubstituert mettet heterosyklisk gruppe, en substituert eller usubstituert arylgruppe, en C7-14 aralkylgruppe, en heteroaromatisk gruppe eller lignende, eller et farmakologisk akseptabelt salt derav.
