Abstract

Den foreliggende oppfinnelsen tilveiebringer en forbedret fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av ozon som kan brukes for å fjeme forurensninger fra gasstrømmer i industrielle prosesser. Den forbedrede fremgangsmåten anvender en separasjonsinnretning etter ozongenereringssystemet for å separere ozonet fra oksygengassen og føre ozonet til den industrielle prosessen og oksygenet tilbake til fødestrømmen som kommer inn i ozongenereringssystemet. Den forbedrede fremgangsmåten tilveiebringer videre anvendelse av ozonet som således er dannet, for å fjeme forurensninger fra industrielle prosessrøykgasstrømmer.
