Abstract

Oppfinnelsen vedrører en matrisevæske for fremstilling av en maskineringssuspensjon, en maskineringssuspensjon fremstilt med matrisen og en fremgangsmåte for oppdeling eller fraksjonering av den bru kte maskineringssuspensjonen etter bruk. Oppfinnelsen angår også en homogen blanding av en polymer eller forskjellige polymerer og vann. Blandingen k an brukes spesielt fordelaktig i alle tekniske an vendelser som krever en væske med smørende egenskaper. I foreliggende oppfinnelse blir en blanding av vann og et fortykningsmiddel, henholdsvis en p olymer eller en flerhet med polymerer, benyttet som matrisevæske eller smøre væske. Skjærekornene kan separeres meget lett og hurtig fra den brukte maskiner ingssuspensjonen som er frembrakt med denne matrisevæsken, for gjenbruk. Mindre prosessvann er nødvendig og prosessvannet kan renses enkelt ettersom det ikke er noen komplisert innfangningsanordning av en alkoholbestanddel.
