Abstract

Anordning og fremgangsmåte for å metallbelegge en slisset trefiberplate med et folielaminat kontinuerlig både ned i avlange slisser i platen og på platens flater mellom slissene. Platen fremflyttes i en retning på tvers av slissenes lengderetning ved bruk av en plantransportør på en ramme, folielaminatmateriale mates kontinuerlig fra en folielaminatmaterinnretning, en roterbar valse festet til rammen og umiddelbart over transportøren roteres slik at valsens overflate ved valsens rotasjon følger overflaten til platen som fremflyttes på og av transportøren og presser folielaminatmaterialet mot platen, og valsens rotasjon drives slik at minst en langstrakt kam anordnet i valsens lengderetning posisjoneres synkront med slissen og presser folielaminatmaterialet ned i slissen. Et underliggende heftlag varmes til smelting av heftlaget. Ved etterfølgende hurtig avkjøling av metallaget unngås termisk deformasjon av belagt plate.
