Abstract
Det beskrives en fremgangsmåte for BLER-behandling av radiobærere for TCP-trafikk. Fremgangsmåten hjelper TCP å akselerere under sin initiale trege startfase eller under opphopningskontroll. En fremgangsmåte for BLER-målbehandling forbedrer TCP-ytelsen under effektiv radioressursanvendelse. BLER-målet blir satt lavt for å hjelpe TCP å akselerere helt til den maksimale bitraten for radiobæreren har blitt nådd. Deretter blir BLER-målet satt til en høy verdi. Den lave BLER-verdien reduserer antallet radiolinkresendinger og derfor reduserer ende-til-ende RTT.
