Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår en fremgangsmåte for fremstilling av ketokarotenoider ved dyrkning av genetisk modifiserte organismer som sammenlignet med villtypen har en modifisert ketolaseaktivitet og en modifisert ß-cyklaseaktivitet, til de genetisk modifiserte organismene og til anvendelse av dem som mat- og fôringredienser for fremstilling av ketokarotenoidekstrakter.
