Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår anvendelsen av en forbindelse med formel (I) hvori R1 er pyridyl eller tiazolyl, hvor en hvilken som helst av disse eventuelt kan være substituert med C1-8 alkyl eller C2-8alkenyl; og a) R2 er metoksy og n er null eller en; eller b) R2 er klor og n er null, og farmasøytisk akseptable salter derav for å redusere eller kontrollere proteinuri, særlig for behandling av diabetisk nefropati.
