Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse angår indollnon-derlvater, substituert i 6-stllllng, med formelen hvor R^ til R* og X er som definert i krav 1, deres tautomerer, enantiomerer, diastereo- merer, deres blandinger og deres salter, spesielt deres fysiologisk akseptable sal- ter, som har anvendelige farmakologiske egenskaper, spesielt en hemmende virkning på forskjellige reseptor-tyroslnkinaser og på proliferasjonen av endotelcel- ler og forskjellige tumorceller, medikamenter omfattende disse forbindelser, an- vendelse av dem, og fremgangsmåter for fremstilling av dem.BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to indole derivatives substituted in 6-position, with the formula wherein R - drugs having useful pharmacological properties, in particular an inhibitory effect on various receptor tyrosine kinases and on the proliferation of endothelial cells and various tumor cells, drugs comprising these compounds, their use, and methods for their preparation.
