Abstract

Fremgangsmåten vedrører en infiltrasjons-prosess eller kjemisk avsetningsprosess i dampfase eller oppkulling som gjennomføres i en ovn, hvor fremgangsmåten omfatter regulering av driftsparametere for ovnen, innføring i ovnen av en reagensgass inneholdende minst et gassformet hydrokarbon, og en avgass inneholdende biprodukter fra reaksjonen av reagensgassen trekkes ut fra ovnen. Avgassen underkastes en vasking med en olje som absorberer tjære inneholdt i avgassen, og en informasjon om prosessforløpet oppnås fra en måling av mengden av tjære absorbert av oljen.
