Abstract
Det beskrives et peptid med formel (I), eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav, farmasøytiske blandinger som omfatter nevnte peptid med formel (I) og anvendelsen av dette for å gjenopprette apoptose i humane tumorceller. En forbindelse med formel (l) i henhold til foreliggende oppfinnelse er R.A1-A2-A3-A4-A5-A8-A7-A8nA9-Å10-A11-A12-A13-A14-A15-NHR1 eller et farmasøytisk akseptabelt salt derav, hvor R er (Ci-C5)-acyl; A1 mangler eller er en alifatisk aminosyre; A2 mangler eller er valgt fra gruppen bestående av Gly, Ala, Ser, Thr og Asn; A3 og A4 mangler eller er hver en kodet aminosyre; A5 er en alifatisk aminosyre; A6 er Ala eller en basisk aminosyre; A7 er valgt fra gruppen bestående av Ile, Leu, Val, Ser, Thr, Lys og Arg; A8 er en alifatisk aminosyre; A9 er Gly; A10 og A11 er hver uavhengig Asp eller Glu; A12 er en alifatisk aminosyre, Ile, Leu, Met og Val; A13 er Asp, Glu eller Asn; A14 og A15 er hver uavhengig fraværende eller valgt fra gruppen bestående av Ile, Leu, Val, Met, Ser, Thr, Asn, Lys og Arg; og R1 er (Ci-C5)-alkyl.
