Abstract
Sammensetninger som kan benyttes som NO-felle, basert på mangan og alkalier og jordalkalier, og anvendelse av disse for behandling av eksosgass. Slike sammensetninger omfatter en bærer og en aktiv fase, idet den aktive fasen er basert på mangan og i det minste ett annet element A valgt blant alkalier og jordalkalier, og manganet og elementet A er kjemisk bundet.. Slike sammensetninger kan benyttes i en fremgangsmåte for behandling av gasser for å minske utslipp av nitrogenoksyder, som NO-feller, og gassene kommer fra forbrenningsmotorer, og særlig dieselmotorer eller motorer for mager blanding.
