Abstract

The system has addressable devices connected to the lines (4,8) of a wired hazard control system, e.g. a fire control system, for receiving information and transmitting to the central station (5,7) of the hazard control system. The transmitter/receiver station connection points are selected so that at any point within the building standard radio devices (11) are within reliable communications distance of a transmitter/receiver station (10).
