Abstract

Preparat for minskning av svelling av trevirke som er i kontakt med vann. Preparatet inneholder, som polymeriserte enheter i) 55-99,9 vekt% av den totale polymer av en eller flere (met)akrylsyreestermonomerer med formelen: CH- co (I) O hvor R]_ er hydrogen eller en metylgruppe og R2 er en alkyl- eller alkenylgruppe som inneholder minst 12 karbonatomer, og ii) 0,1-45 vekt% av den totale polymer av en eller flere monomerer som er kopolymeriserbare med (I). Oppfinnelsen vedrører også en fremgangsmåte til minskning av hastigheten hvormed et biocid vaskes ut av trevirke.
