Abstract
Hoyaktiv katalysatorsammensetning for (ko-)polymerisasjon av etylen, eventuelt med et alfa-olefln med 3-10 karbonatomer, omfattende en katalysatorforløper og en organoaluminium-kokatalysator, hvor katalysatorforløperen består av: (i) et silisiumdioksydbærermateriale som har fra 0,3 - 1,2 mmol OH-grupper pr. gram silisiumdioksyd, ii) en dialkylmagnesiumforbindelse av formel RJvIgR1, hvor R og R1 er like eller forskjellige C2-Ci2-aIkylgrupper, i en mengde mellom 0,5 og 1,5 mmol dialkylmagnesium pr. gram av silisiumdioksyd, iii) et tetraalkylortosilikat, hvor alkylgruppen inneholder fra 2 til 6 karbonatomer, i en mengde mellom 0,2 og 0,8 mmol tetraalkylortosilikat pr. gram silisiumdioksyd, (iv) en klorert forbindelse (X) med formelen RpSiCU-n, hvor hver R er like eller forskjellige og er hydrogen eller en alkylgruppe og n er et helt tall fra O til 3, i en mengde mellom 0,2 og 4 mmol X pr. gram silisiumdioksyd, og (v) en titanforbindelse i en mengde mellom 0,3 og 1,5 mmol pr. gram silisiumdioksyd.
