Claims (3)
- ConclusiesI. Nano-afgiftesysteem, bestaande uit een stabilisator, een complexe olie-emulgator, een vetoplosmiddel en een afgiftesubstantie, de stabilisator is vitamine E en vitamine C, de complexe olie-emulgator is lecithine en Tween 80, het oliesolvent is trielyceride met cen middellange keten: de afgiftesubstantie 1s de substantie afgegeven door het nano-afgiftesysteem, waaronder één of meer van de co-enzym Q10, astaxanthine, luteine, Ivcopeen en [B-caroteen is.
- 2. Nano-afgiftesysteem volgens conclusie 1, waarin de afgiftesubstanties, vitamine E en vitamine C 30% van de massa uitmaken en de massaverhouding van de afgiftesubstanties, vitamine E en vitamme C is 4:1:1; lecithine, Tween 80 en triglyceriden met een middellange keten 70% van de massa uitmaken en lecithine, de massaverhouding van Tween 80 en triglyceriden met een middellange keten is 2:1:10.
- 3. Methode voor het bereiden van een nano-afgiftesysteem, gekenmerkt doordat zij de volgende stappen bevat: Sl, neem lecithine en Tween 80 en roer ze grondig bij 50°C~60C om cen uniforme oliefase te vormen: S2, koel de uniforme oliefase verkregen in S1 tot 35°C~45°C, en laat de triglyceride met middellange keten. de afgiftesubstantie, vitamine E en vitamine C er tegelijkertijd in vallen om een mengsel te vormen; de afgiftesubstantie is de substantie die wordt afgegeven door het nano-afgiftesysteem. dat één of meer van de co-enzym Q10, astaxanthine, luteine. lycopeen en [-caroteen is.
