Abstract

Disclosed are a computer implemented intelligent management system and method for managing and checking reference materials for experiments. A reference material management subsystem is used for generating unique identity codes of the reference materials, scanning codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out warehousing-in operations and requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations. Therefore, the warehousing-in operations and the requisition operations can be further completed by setting the identity codes, such that working efficiency is improved. A reference material intermediate checking subsystem is used for reminding, on the basis of a pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations, so as to solve the problem of missing checking.

COMPUTER IMPLEMENTED INTELLIGENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
AND METHOD FOR MANAGING AND CHECKING REFERENCE
MATERIALS FOR EXPERIMENTS
TECHNICAL FIELD
[01] The present invention relates to the technical field of reference material management, in particular to a computer implemented intelligent management system and method for managing and checking reference materials for experiments.
BACKGROUND ART
[02] Reference materials should be traceable to units of International System of
Units (SI) or certified reference materials as far as possible. Since reference material management is a significant link of a monitoring institution, an inspection and testing institution should establish and maintain reference material management procedures according to regulations, and should conduct intermediate checking on reference materials according to the procedures. Moreover, the reference materials should be placed, transported, stored and used safely according to the requirements of the procedures, so as to prevent pollution or damage, thereby guaranteeing the integrality of the reference materials.
[03] However, previous reference material management has plenty of defects: (1) an enormous number of warehoused-in reference materials leads to a difficulty in real-time counting. (2) People is required to manually fill in reference material consumption record forms when requiring the reference materials, but much information in the forms is obtained by inquiring reference material certificates, which causes low efficiency; and furthermore, the reference material consumption record forms as paper have a risk of loss and cannot be backed up. (3) There is a lack of effective reminders after a reference material intermediate checking plan is released, rendering checking likely to be missed at the corresponding time.
[04] On the basis of this, a new technology for managing reference materials is urgently required to solve the above problems.
SUMMARY
[05] The objective of the present invention is to provide a computer implemented intelligent management system and method for managing and checking reference materials for experiments, which may provide unique identities for reference materials, and further complete warehousing-in, requisition and checking working, thereby improving working efficiency and guaranteeing management quality.
[06] In order to achieve the above objective, the present invention provides the following solution:
[07] a computer implemented intelligent management system for managing and checking reference materials for experiments. The computer implemented intelligent management system includes: a reference material management subsystem and a reference material intermediate checking subsystem.
[08] The reference material management subsystem is used for generating unique identity codes of the reference materials according to material information of the reference materials, scanning codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out warehousing-in operations and requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations, the material information including names and storage positions of the reference materials; the warehousing-in records including warehousing-in dates, and the material information and the quantity of warehoused-in reference materials; and the requisition records including requisitioners, requisition dates, and the material information and the quantity of requested reference materials.
[09] The reference material intermediate checking subsystem is used for reminding, on the basis of a pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations.
[10] The present invention further provides the following solution: an intelligent management method for managing and checking reference materials for experiments.
The intelligent management method controls working of the above computer implemented intelligent management system and includes:
[11] generating unique identity codes of the reference materials according to material information of the reference materials, the material information including names and storage positions of the reference materials;
[12] scanning codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out warehousing-in operations and requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations, the warehousing-in records including warehousing-in dates, and the material information and the quantity of warehoused-in reference materials; and the requisition records including requisitioners, requisition dates, and the material information and the quantity of requested reference materials; and
[13] reminding, on the basis of a pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations.
[14] According to specific embodiments provided in the present invention, the present invention discloses the following technical effects:
[15] the present invention is used for providing a computer implemented intelligent management system and method for managing and checking reference materials for experiments, which includes a reference material management subsystem and a reference material intermediate checking subsystem. The reference material management subsystem is used for generating unique identity codes of the reference materials according to material information of the reference materials, scanning codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out warehousing-in operations and requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations.
Therefore, the warehousing-in operations and the requisition operations are further completed by setting the identity codes, manual counting is not required, and manually filling in reference material consumption record forms is not required, such that working efficiency is improved. The reference material intermediate checking subsystem is used for reminding, on the basis of a pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations, so as to solve the problem of missing checking.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
[20] The present invention is further described in detail below in combination with accompanying drawings and specific implementations.

[22] The embodiment provides a computer implemented intelligent management system for managing and checking reference materials for experiments. As shown in
FIGs. 1, 2 and 3, the computer implemented intelligent management system includes: a reference material management subsystem and a reference material intermediate checking subsystem.
[23] The reference material management subsystem is used for generating unique identity codes of the reference materials according to material information of the reference materials, scanning codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out warehousing-in operations and requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations. The material information includes names and storage positions 5 of the reference materials. The warehousing-in records includes warehousing-in dates, and the material information and the quantity of warehoused-in reference materials.
The requisition records include requisitioners, requisition dates, and the material information and the quantity of requested reference materials.
[24] The reference material intermediate checking subsystem is used for reminding, on the basis of a pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations.
[25] A system for managing reference materials for experiments provided in the embodiment is based on a computer, a label printer, a scanner and the above computer implemented intelligent management system embedded in the computer. Through the mutual cooperation between software and hardware, the whole process of warehousing in, storing, requisition, returning, checking and withdrawing the reference materials is electronized, such that electronic management of the whole life cycle of the reference materials may be implemented.
[26] Specifically, the reference material management subsystem in the embodiment includes an electronic data transmission module, a code-scanning warehousing-in and warehousing-out management module, a reference material control management module, a TODO module and a data searching module.
[27] The electronic data transmission module is used for carrying out uniqueness calibration on the reference materials, and generating, by inputting material information of the reference materials into the computer implemented intelligent management system, unique identity codes of the reference materials according to the material information of the reference materials. The identity codes may be bar codes or two-dimensional codes, and are unique identities of the reference materials. The material information of the reference materials may include names, code names, batch numbers, specifications, units, manufacturers (that is, production units), types, standard values, uncertainty, storage positions, the quantity, using departments, media and reference material certificates.
[28] During warehousing-in, the identity codes of the reference materials may be generated by the above electronic data transmission module, and the electronic data transmission module is in communication connection to the label printer, so as to print the identity codes by the label printer. Then the identity codes are pasted on the reference materials to be bonded with the reference materials, so as to carry out subsequent warehousing-in, requisition, returning, withdrawing and other operations.
[29] The code-scanning warehousing-in and warehousing-out management module may satisfy the requisition and approval process of the reference materials for daily experiments, and is used for scanning the codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out the warehousing-in operations and the requisition operations on the reference materials, automatically generating warehousing-in records after the warehousing-in operations, and automatically generating requisition records after the requisition operations.
[30] The warehousing-in operations may include operations that the reference materials are delivered to reference material administrators after being subscribed, the unique identity codes of the reference materials are generated after the reference material administrators input the material information of the reference materials, the identity codes are printed and pasted on the reference materials, the reference materials administrators click “warehousing-in”, warehousing-in is carried out by scanning the identity codes, and manually counting warehoused-in reference materials is not required. [32] The code-scanning warehousing-in and warehousing-out management module 1s used for scanning the codes of the reference materials pasted with the identity codes, so as to carry out returning operations on the reference materials, and automatically generating returning records after the returning operations. The returning records include returning persons, returning dates, and the material information and the quantity of returned reference materials.
[33] The returning operations may include operations that for returning the reference materials, the identity codes of the reference materials are scanned for quick search and then the returning operations are carried out. Specifically, a returning item is selected, the identity codes of the reference materials are scanned, and “confirm” 1s clicked for return.
[34] The reference material control management module is used for sequencing the warehousing-in records, the requisition records and the returning records of the reference materials according to a chronological order, so as to generate a standing book of the reference materials. Therefore, the standing book of the reference materials is generated according to warehousing-in information and whole life cycle management situations of the reference materials, and personnel may conveniently know information of the reference materials and warehousing-in and warehousing-out details by consulting the standing book of the reference materials. Standing book information includes material information of the reference materials, operations on the reference materials (checking, accepting and warehousing-in, requisition and warehousing-out, returning, and scrapping and withdrawing), operators, and operation dates. In the embodiment, after the identity codes are scanned, specific material information in the identity codes may be automatically obtained.
[35] The TODO module is used for reminding users of tasks that are required to be completed (that should be completed).
[36] The data searching module is used for searching and displaying the standing book of the reference materials according to the material information of the reference materials. Specifically, the data searching module facilitates querying, replenishing and requisition the reference materials by users; supports rapid retrieval according to the names, batch numbers and other information of the reference materials; and supports displaying the standing book of the reference materials and inventory information, so as to facilitate timely replenishing and purchasing reference materials for those having low inventory by users.
[37] According to validity periods of the reference materials recorded during warehousing-in, an early warning will be given for expired reference materials in a to-do list on a home page. The reference material administrators correspondingly find and withdraw the expired reference materials according to the earning, and Excel files (that is, withdrawing records) are generated according to specific information of the expired reference materials in the information base, so as to solve the problem that the withdrawn expired reference materials may not be found in time. The TODO module in the embodiment 1s further used for giving an early warning for the expired reference materials according to the validity periods of the reference materials, and the code-scanning warehousing-in and warehousing-out management module is further used for scanning the codes of the expired reference materials pasted with the identification codes, so as to carry out withdrawing operations on the reference materials, and automatically generating withdrawing records after the withdrawing operations, the withdrawing records including withdrawing dates, and the material information and the quantity of withdrawn reference materials. In this situation, the standing book of the reference materials further includes withdrawing records, that is, the warehousing-in records, requisition records, returning records and withdrawing records of the reference materials are sequenced according to a chronological order, so as to generate the standing book of the reference materials.
[38] The reference material intermediate checking subsystem in the embodiment is used for reminding, by means of the TODO module on the basis of the pre-established reference material intermediate checking plan, corresponding checking personnel of carrying out checking operations, so as to carry out quality control on the reference materials in the process of use and storage. The reference material intermediate checking plan includes checking plan names, preparation dates, reference material names, certificate numbers, validity periods, checking times, checking methods, checking contents, checking personnel, remarks, relevant attachments, applicants, and application dates. After being designed, the reference material intermediate checking plan will be transferred by an electronic transmission stream to technical directors for signature and approval.
