Claims (17)
1. Lichtgewicht, tegen vuur bestendig, plaatvormig composietmateriaal voor gebruik in bouwproducten, in bouwelementen, of in meubeltoepassingen, omvattende:
a. een eerste laag die kruisvernet polyfuranylhars en een anorganisch vezelweefsel omvat;
b. ten minste één kernlaag die in het bezit is van een dichtheid die kleiner is dan de dichtheid van de eerste laag; en c. een tweede laag die kruisvernet polyfuranylhars en een anorganisch vezelweefsel omvat.
2. Composietmateriaal volgens conclusie 1, waarbij de ten minste ene kernlaag een cellulaire structuur heeft, bij voorkeur waarbij de kernlaag een een cellulaire structuur omvattend papier, karton, en/of polymeer schuimmateriaal omvat.
3. Composietmateriaal volgens conclusies 1 of 2, waarbij het composietmateriaal bovendien een bijkomende buitenste coatinglaag omvat op ten minste één zijde van het composietmateriaal, bij voorkeur een bijkomende buitenste coatinglaag op ten minste twee zijden van het composietmateriaal, en nog beter een bijkomende coatinglaag die de eerste, tweede, en derde lagen volledig omhult.
4. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusie 1 tot en met 3, waarbij de tweede laag met een cellulaire structuur een cellulaire honingraatvormige structuur omvat.
5. Composietmateriaal volgens conclusie 4, waarbij de honingraatvormige structuur interne wanden omvat die loodrecht voorzien zijn ten opzichte van het vlak van de tweede laag met een cellulaire structuur.
6. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 3, waarbij de één of meerdere lagen een gegolfde structuur hebben.
7. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 6, waarbij de één of meerdere kernlagen is of zijn geselecteerd uit gegolfde vezelplaat, gegolfd papier, of honingraatvormig karton.
8. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 8, waarbij de één of meerdere kernlagen een polymeer schuimmateriaal omvat of omvatten.
9. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 6, waarbij de één of meerdere kernlagen bovendien een laag omvat of omvatten uit minerale wol.
10. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 8, waarbij de vezels zijn geselecteerd uit glasvezels, rotsvezels, of koolstofvezels.
11. Composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 10, waarbij het composietmateriaal een vuurklasse heeft van B S1 DO in overeenstemming met NEN-EN 13501-2018 SBI.
12. Duurzaam en recycleerbaar, tegen brand bestendig meubelartikel, buiten- of binnenpaneel voor een gebouw, of afwerkingsmateriaal voor buiten of binnen, omvattende een composietmateriaal volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 11.
13. Werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van een composietpaneel volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 11, omvattende:
a. het impregneren van een vel dat geweven minerale vezels omvat, met een vloeibare polyfuranylharssamenstelling, teneinde te voorzien in een geïmpregneerd vel,
b. het onderwerpen van het geïmpregneerde vel aan omstandigheden die het geleren induceren van de polyfuranylharssamenstelling, waardoor een pre-preg vel gevormd wordt;
c. het optioneel aanbrengen van een pre-preg vel op een transportmedium, bij voorkeur een rugvel, en het optioneel verwijderen van het pre-preg vel op het rugvel;
d. het voorzien van ten minste een kernlaag tussen twee pre-preg vellen, op een zodanige wijze dat de eerste en tweede pre-preg vellen zodanig voorzien zijn dat het bovenste oppervlak van het tweede vel tegenover het onderste oppervlak van het eerste vel is gelegen, teneinde zodoende een sandwichstructuur te vormen; en e. het onderwerpen van de sandwichstructuur aan omstandigheden die het mogelijk maken dat de gegeleerde polyfuranylharssamenstelling in hoofdzaak volledig uithardt, bij voorkeur het verwarmen omvattende van de sandwichstructuur tot op een welbepaalde temperatuur en gedurende een welbepaalde periode die aanleiding geven tot een kruisvernetting en tot de groei van ketens in de polyfuranylharssamenstelling.
14. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 13, omvattende een bijkomende stap met het uitoefenen van druk op het composietmateriaal tijdens het uitharden.
15. Werkwijze volgens conclusie 14, waarbij de stap met het uitoefenen van druk het gebruik omvat van een vacuümtafel, van een plaatpers, van een zakpers, of van een nip-rolapparaat.
16. Werkwijze voor het vervaardigen van een pre-preg vel voor gebruik bij het vormen van een composietpaneel volgens een der conclusies 1 tot en met 11, omvattende:
a. het impregneren van een vel dat geweven minerale vezels omvat, met een vloeibare polyfuranylharssamenstelling, teneinde te voorzien in een geïmpregneerd vel,
b. het onderwerpen van het geimpregneerde vel aan omstandigheden die het geleren induceren van de polyfuranylharssamenstelling, waardoor een pre-preg vel gevormd wordt;
c. het optioneel aanbrengen van een pre-preg vel op een transportmedium, bij voorkeur een rugvel, en het optioneel verwijderen van het pre-preg vel op het rugvel; en d. optioneel, het wikkelen van het pre-preg vel op het transportmedium, teneinde een rol met opgerold pre-preg vel te vormen.
17. Pre-preg vel of rol met pre-preg vel, te verkrijgen met behulp van een werkwijze volgens conclusie 16.
