Claims (6)
1. Een pectine-methylesteraseremmer-gen GhPMEI39, waarbij een nucleinezuursequentie van het gen wordt uiteengezet in SEQ ID NO:1.
2. Een methode voor het detecteren van katoenvariéteiten, bestaande uit de volgende stappen: het detecteren of een te testen monster tot overexpressie gebracht pectine-methylesteraseremmer-gen GhPMEI39 of een product geproduceerd door tot overexpressie gebracht pectine-methylesteraseremmer- gen GhPMEI39 bevat; en, beoordelen dat het te testen monster een hoge katoenopbrengst heeft als het wordt gedetecteerd, waarbij een nucleinezuursequentie van het pectinemethylesteraseremmergen GhPMEI39 wordt uiteengezet in SEQ ID NO:1.
3. De methode voor het detecteren van katoenvariëteiten, volgens conclusie 2, waarbij voor het detecteren van het te testen monster primerparen of probes of chips worden gebruikt die zijn ontworpen door de elementen van het pectine- methylesterase-repressorgen GhPMEI39 tot overexpressie te brengen.
4. De methode voor het detecteren van katoenvariëteiten, volgens conclusie 3, waarbij nucleinezuursequenties van de primerparen worden uiteengezet in SEQ ID NO:2 en SEQ ID NO:3.
5. De methode voor het detecteren van katoenvariëteiten, volgens een van de conclusies 2-4, waarbij het te testen monster een materiaal omvat dat geschikt is voor seksuele reproductie, ongeslachtelijke reproductie of weefselkweek van regenereerbare cellen.
