Claims (23)
1. Een zout met als algemene formule PX, waarin P staat voor N,N-dipropyltryptamine en X voor sacharine,
2. Een farmaceutische formulering omvattende het zout volgens conclusie 1, verder omvattende een farmaceutisch aanvaardbare drager, excipiëns en/of verdunner.
3, Een doseringseenheid voor transmucosale toediening van N,N-dipropyltryptamine aan een proefpersoon, die een therapeutisch werkzame hoeveelheid N,N-dipropyltryptamine omvat, waarin N‚N-dipropyltryptamine aanwezig is als een zout dat wordt weergegeven door de algemene formule PX, waarin P staat voor N,N-dipropyltryptamine en X voor sacharine.
4. Transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 3, waarin de transmucosale doseringseenheid een orale transmucosale doseringseenheid is.
5. Transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 4, waarbij de transmucosale doseringseenheid een buccale transmucosale doseringseenheid is.
6. Transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 3, waarin de transmucosale doseringseenheid een sublinguale transmucosale doseringseenheid is.
7. Transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 4, waarin de transmucosale doseringseenheid een sublabiale transmucosale doseringseenheid is.
8. Transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 4, waarin de doseringseenheid een nasale transmucosale doseringseenheid is.
9. Een zout volgens conclusie 1 of een farmaceutische formulering volgens conclusie 2 voor gebruik als geneesmiddel.
10. Een transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens een van conclusies 3-8 voor gebruik als geneesmiddel.
11. Een zout volgens conclusie 1, een farmaceutische formulering volgens conclusie 2, of een transmucosale doseringseenheid volgens conclusie 3-8, voor gebruik in een methode voor profylactische of curatieve behandeling van een proefpersoon die lijdt aan een psychiatrische ziekte of stoornis.
12. Zout voor gebruik volgens conclusie 11, farmaceutische formulering voor gebruik volgens conclusie 11, of transmucosale doseringseenheid voor gebruik volgens conclusie 11, waarbij de psychiatrische ziekte of stoornis wordt gekozen uit depressie, obsessieve compulsieve stoornis, paniek- en angststoornissen, explosieve gedragsstoornis, posttraumatische stressstoornis, schizofrenie, middelenverslaving, anorexia nervosa, eetbuistoornis, boulimia nervosa, psychose, autismespectrumstoornissen, ontwikkelingsstoornissen, en persoonlijkheidsstoornissen.
13. Een methode om een psychiatrische ziekte of stoornis profylactisch of curatief te behandelen, waarbij de methode het toedienen aan een proefpersoon van een therapeutisch effectieve hoeveelheid van een farmaceutische formulering volgens conclusie 2 omvat.
14. Methode volgens conclusie 13, waarin genoemde farmaceutische formulering wordt toegediend via nasale transmucosale toediening.
15, Methode volgens conclusie 13, waarin genoemde farmaceutische formulering wordt toegediend via buccale transmucosale toediening.
16. Methode volgens conclusie 13, waarin genoemde farmaceutische formulering wordt toegediend via sublinguale transmucosale toediening.
17. Methode volgens conclusie 13, waarin genoemde farmaceutische formulering wordt toegediend via sublabiale transmucosale toediening.
18. Een methode voor het verminderen van slijmvliesirritatie bij een proefpersoon bij nasale, sublinguale, sublabiale of buccale toediening van N,N-dipropyltryptamine aan de proefpersoon, waarbij de methode het toedienen van N,N-dipropyitryptamine als een zout vertegenwoordigd door de algemene formule P*X omvat, waarin P staat voor N,N-dipropyltryptamine en X voor sacharine.
19. Een snel uiteenvallende tablet voor sublinguale, sublabiale of buccale toediening, die het zout volgens conclusie 1 omvat.
20. Tablet volgens conclusie 19, verder omvattend een bruisende base, bij voorkeur gekozen uit natriumbicarbonaat, natriumcarbonaat, kaliumbicarbonaat, kaliumcarbonaat, calciumhydroxide, magnesiumhydroxide en magnesiumoxide.
21. Een neusspray omvattende het zout volgens conclusie 1.
22. Een neuspoeder omvattende het zout volgens conclusie 1.
23. Een methode voor de bereiding van een zout volgens conclusie 1, omvattende de volgende stappen - het verschaffen van een oplossing die N,N-dipropyltryptamine omvat; - het verschaffen van een oplossing die sacharine omvat; - het mengen van de oplossing die N,N-dipropyitryptamine omvat en de oplossing die sacharine omvat onder agitatie en eventueel verhitting om een organische laag te verkrijgen die het N,N- dipropyltryptamine-sacharinaat als zout omvat - het scheiden van het N,N-dipropyltryptamine-saccharinaatzout van de organische laag; en - het eventueel verder zuiveren van het N,N-dipropyltryptamine-saccharinaatzout.
