Abstract
Een meetsysteem voor geautomatiseerd bepalen enlof bewaken van de kwaliteit van een levensmiddel omvat een behuizing voor een producthouder voor een dergelijk levensmiddel, een conditioneerinrichting voor conditioneren van de producthouder, een optische sensorinrichting voor bepalen van een kwaliteitsgerelateerde parametenNaarde van het levensmiddel, en een besturing, De besturing bepaalt herhaaldelijk met de optische sensorinrichting de parametenNaarden. De optische sensorinrichting steekt uit in de producthouder en omvat een sensorhuis met een lichtbron, een eerste lichtgeleider voor in de producthouder uitzenden van het licht, een tweede lichtgeleider voor opvangen van door de producthouder gegaan licht, en een detector voor detecteren van het opgevangen licht. Een dergelijk meetsysteem kan automatisch zonder benodigd menselijk handelen de kwaliteit van een levensmiddel/product bepalen als functie van tijd en temperatuur, met name door metingen met licht, die plaatsvinden centraal in het product, zonder dat de lichtdetector zich aldaar hoeft te bevinden.
