Abstract

The invention relates to a multifunctional improved saucer shaped holder surface (1) to be used for holding a beverage or food consumption for one person. The saucer shaped holder surface (1) is provided with a greater surface area (2) for placing thereupon e.g. a bowl or cup (3), this holder (1) also comprising integrated therewith at least one smaller satellite extension (4), preferably of a slight concave shape as an additional second surface area. It may be used for depositing thereupon in addition a relatively small object, such as a tea bag (6), meat bail or the like.

De uitvinding heeft met name betrekking op een thee schotei/onderzetter van alle mogelijke materialen, bedrukt of onbedrukt, waarbij een gebruikt thee zakje voor 10 en met name na het gebruik op deze schotel kan worden geplaatst. Het daarna nog uit het zakje weglekkende water wordt opgevangen in een van het kopje gescheiden reservoirtje, waarbij dit reservoirtje wel als een geheel ontwerp aan de schotei/onderzetter vast zit. 25 De uitvinding is nestbaar/stapelbaar en qua omvang even praktisch in gebruik als een normale theeschotel/onderzetter. Door het gescheiden reservoirtje voorkomt men vocht aanzetting aan de onderzijde van het theekopje en het hiermee gepaard gaand druppelen bij het drinken van de thee. De uitvinding voorziet er ook in dat bij alle andere consumpties, geserveerd op de uitvinding, er op veilige 30 wijze andere ingrediënten naast of bij kunnen worden geserveerd. De omvang van de uitvinding varieert in samenhang met de daarop te plaatsen kop, glas of beker, 5 in die mate dat dit nu met een gewone schotel/onderzetter het geval is. De omvang van het reservoir bedraagt minimaal 6 cm (lengte) bij 5 cm (breedte) en een diepte van minimaal 0,5 cm, en zal veelal ronde vorm zijn uitgevoerd, in lijn met de schotel/onderzetter zelf.
