Uitvinding betreft een produkt in de vorm van onder andere graftakdecoratie, blok je, staaf en alle andere bekende vormen. Produkt in diverse uitvoeringen als genoemd, is vervaardigd uit bio-polymeer, thermoplastisch vormgegeven door middel van spuitgieten of vacuüm gevormd uit plaat. Grondstof heeft kwikbindende eigenschappen ten behoeve van kwik vrijkoming uit amalgaam gebitsvullingen tijdens crematieproces.

Produkt wordt in/op CTematiekist gelegd en mee gecremeerd, waardoor kwik-emissie reductie van 6070% wordt gerealiseerd in crematie ovens, zonder aanpassingen aan betreffende ovens. Bio-polymeer verbrandt bij 350 °C. en laat nauwelijks as-rest achter. Om verbranding verder te stimuleren wordt schuim-celvorming in het produkt gerealiseerd, produkt levert een wezenlijke bijdrage aan emissie-reductie ten gunste van het milieu.

  1. 5 Het materiaal/grondstof waaruit de produkten volgens uitvinding zijn vervaardigd, verbrandt bij temperatuur 350 °C De kwikbindende additieven komen vrij en kwikdampen worden grotendeels gebonden met additief. Produkt volgens uitvinding laat nauwelijks as-rest achter, 0,00084%. Dit in tegenstelling tot andere bekende systemen, welke van hout/MDF dragermateriaal uitgaan Hout verbrandt bij 750 °C eerst volledig met een as-rest achterlatend van 2,5% en vliegas veroorzakend. 1009283
