Abstract

Disclosed in the present specification is a composition for treating skin damage caused by fine dust, containing, as an active ingredient, green tea-derived lactic acid bacteria, a lysate thereof, a culture thereof or an extract thereof, and adjusting, to a normal level, an expression amount of any one or more selected from the group consisting of keratin 1(KRT 1), claudin 1 (CLDN 1), claudin 4 (CLDN 4), and occludin (OCLN), which are genes in skin cells, of which the expression amounts are affected by fine dust. By using a composition according to the present invention, gene expression amounts changed by fine dust can return to a normal level such that skin cell damage can be treated.
