Abstract

A communication system including concentration devices (3-1, 3-2) capable of together forming a wireless multi-hop network and a HES (2) that manages the concentration devices (3-1, 3-2). A program for operating each of the concentration devices (3-1, 3-2) includes a communication control program for performing communication control and management, and an application program. The HES (2) delivers the application program dependent on functionality of each of the concentration devices (3-1, 3-2) to each corresponding one of the concentration devices (3-1, 3-2). (Fig. 1)
