Abstract

The present invention relates to a device (100) for transporting and supporting a load and a method of assembling the device (100) thereof. One of the advantages of the device (100) of present invention is that it possesses the strength to support the intended loads particularly on a rack or conveyor and must be sufficiently durable to withstand repeated use including being lifted with a lift truck or the like while loaded. Another advantage of device (100) of the present invention is that it provides a pallet which is economically and ecologically feasible. Further advantage of the present invention is that a lightweight, but durable and cost-effective pallet is produced.
