Abstract
[Technical Problem] To provide a trunk shredder (10) capable of making fine pieces from the trunks (T) efficiently and a sap extracting system capable of extracting as much sap as possible from the trunks (T) of cut-down trees efficiently. [Solution to Problem] A trunk shredder (10) of the present invention comprising: a feeder (13) for feeding a trunk (T) longitudinally from the front end face (Ta); a finely-ripping part (15) for making finely-ripping part (15) cutting or shaving the front end face (Ta) of the trunk (T) by a finely-ripping edges (65) disposed in the direction toward and across the longitudinal direction, which moves relative to the front end face (Ta) of the trunk (T) to make the finely-ripped pieces.
