Abstract
A DETERGENT COMPOSITION OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS CHARACTERIZED BY COMPRISING (A) AN ANIONIC SURFACTANT, (B) A NITROGEN-CONTAINING CATIONIC POLYMER, (C) AN ACID, AND (D) A MALTOOLIGOSACCHARIDE, AND HAVING A PH OF 3.0 TO 6.5 AT 25°C. COMPONENT (A) IS PREFERABLY AT LEAST ONE SELECTED FROM ALKYL SULFATES AND POLYOXYETHYLENE ALKYL ETHER SULFATES, AND COMPONENT (D) IS PREFERABLY AT LEAST ONE SELECTED FROM MALTOTETRAOSE AND MALTOPENTAOSE.
