Abstract
THE OBJECT OF THE PRESENT INVENTION IS TO IMPROVE CHARGING AND DISHARGING EFFICIENCY OF A CLOSED BATTERY. IN A CLOSED BATTERY COMPRISING AN ELECTRODE ELEMENT CONSISTING OF A POSITIVE ELECTRODE PLATE (12A), A NEGATIVE ELECTROD PLATE (12C), AND A SEPARATOR (12B), WHICH ARE ACCOMMODATED IN A CONTAINER, THE NEGATIVE ELECTRODE PLATE (12C) HAS AN OUTERMOST PERIPHERAL PORTION PROVIDED WITH SMALL PERFORATED HOLES (7) OVER THE WHOLE AREA THEREOF.
