A RESIN-COVERED METALLIC PLATE IS PROPOSED WHICH IS SUPERIOR IN ADHESION, IN WHICH PLY SEPARATION AT THE INTERFACE BETWEEN THE ALUMINUM PLATE AND A THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COVERING LAYER, AND WHICH BREAKAGE OR CRACKS OF THE THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COVERING LAYER WILL NOT OCCUR OR PLY SEPARATION WILL NOT OCCUR WITH TH ETIME, AND WHICH CAN BE MANUFACTURED EFFICIENTLY. ON THE SURFACE OF A METALLIC PLATE, A CHEMICAL CONVERSION TREATED LAYER IS FORMED, AND A LAYER OF A SILANE COUPLING AGENT IS FORMED ON THE SURFACE OF THE CHEMICAL CONVERSION TREATED LAYER, AND A COVERING LAYER OF A THERMOPLASTIC RESIN IS FORMED ON THE LAYER OF A SILANE COUPLING AGENT.
