Abstract

Un sistema de entrega de alimento o bebida que comprende al menos un empaque (10) desechable o reciclable que contiene en el mismo un alimento viscoso; un aparato dispensador que tiene un sujetador (3) para sujetar el empaque (10) de alimento y un dispositivo (2) de desplazamiento de presion que fuerza al alimento hacia afuera del empaque; y una valvula; donde el empaque del alimento comprende una porcion (4) de salida que es parte del empaque, y donde la valvula esta adaptada para actuar en cierre sobre la porcion (4) de salida para cortar las porciones de alimento que salen del empaque, sin que el alimento contacte con el aparato. El sistema puede transportar confiteria congelada mas higienicamente, con o sin saborizantes. La confiteria congelada puede ser un producto en capas con los saborizantes formando las separaciones, los fondos o los topes. Tambien puede usarse para dosificar con mas precision los concentrados de bebida viscosos en un dispensador de bebida.
