Abstract

Composiciones catalizadoras para usar en la formacion de productos de poliuretano incluyen un catalizador de gelificacion, un catalizador de trimerizacion y un acelerador de curado. El catalizador de gelificacion es una amina terciaria, mono (amino terciaria) urea, bis (amino terciaria) urea, o una combinacion de cualquiera de ellas. Cualquier catalizador de trimerizacion conocido puede ser usado. El acelerador de curado puede ser un diol que tiene por lo menos un grupo hidroxilo primario, y que tiene de cinco a 17 atomos en el segmento principal de la cadena elegidos de carbono, oxigeno, o ambos entre los grupos hidroxilo, con la condicion de que por lo menos cinco de los atomos del segmento principal son carbonos.
