Abstract

La invencion es concerniente con un aparato impulsor denominado "contraangulo" para instrumentos rotativos utilizados en cirugia, en particular cirugia dental, que consiste de un mango (1), un cuello (2) y una cabeza (3) en donde el instrumento esta fijo; cada una de las partes de la pieza contra-angulo recibe en la misma un arbol impulsor, llamado respectivamente arbol de salida (4) para el mango (1) y arbol de entrada (8) para el cuello (1), enlazados entre si mediante un tren de engranajes (21). La invencion esta caracterizada porque los arboles de salida (4) y de entrada (8) del aparato son montados de manera deslizante en sus respectivos cuerpos formando una envolvente y mantenidos soportados sobre un reten (11, 12) arreglado sobre sus envolventes correspondientes por medio de un solo elemento elastico (13) alojado en el codo que une el mago (1) al cuello (2).
