Abstract
La invencion se relaciona con una composicion de vidrio gris del tipo de sosa y cal que presenta una transmision luminosa global, con iluminante A (TLA) superior a 67% para un espesor de vidrio igual a 3.85 mm, que comprende, los siguientes constituyentes dentro de los siguientes limites de peso: 64-75% de SiO2, O-5% de Al2O3, 0-5% de B2O3, 5-15% de CaO, 0-5% de MgO, 10-18% de Na2O, 0-5% de K2O, y los siguientes agentes colorantes dentro de los siguientes limites de peso: 0.25-0.65% de Fe2O3, CoO inferior a 20 ppm, de preferencia inferior o igual a 15 ppm y, de manera mas preferible, 5-15 ppm; 40-250 ppm de preferencia de 70 a 150 ppm de NiO; 0-5 ppm de Se, donde Fe2O3 es el contenido de hierro total.
