Abstract
Se describe un proceso para preparar un sustrato 1. Proceso para preparar un sustrato que tiene en el mismo sitios reactivos con los grupos reactivos de una sonda molecular, el proceso comprende los pasos de aplicar a la superficie del sustrato un material que comprende uno o mas sitios reactivos que tienen un enlace doble etilenicamente no saturado activado de la formula I: (ver formula) en donde, si n=0, m=1, X3 es carbono y X1 es nitrogeno, el enlace entre ellos es triple y X4 no existe; si n=1, m=1, X3 es carbono y X1 es oxigeno o azufre, el enlace entre ellos es doble y X2 es oxigeno o azufre o nitrogeno sustituido por un sustituyente organo; si n=1, m=1 o 2, X3 es azufre y X1 es oxigeno, el enlace entre ellos es doble y X2 es nitrogeno sustituido por un sustituyente organo; R1, R2, representan cada uno de manera independiente hidrogeno, hidroxilo o grupo organo, R3 y R4 representan cada uno de manera independiente hidrogeno o grupo organo, finalmente contiene un atomo de silicio y R1 y R2 no estan enlazados a R4, y, en otro paso, de unir en forma covalente el grupo reactivo de la sonda molecular al enlace doble etilenicamente no saturado activado de los sitios reactivos que tienen la formula I. La porcion o porciones no saturadas activadas preferidas comprenden porciones ester no saturadas tales como porciones de (met)acrilato. Las sondas preferidas comprenden grupos amino en las mismas. Los enlaces fuertes preferidos son enlaces covalentes. Las reacciones de enlace preferidas son reacciones de adicion de Michael. El sustrato que tiene sondas depositadas en el mismo se puede usar para interactuar con un blanco. Otros aspectos de la invencion se refieren a sustratos y sistemas multirreactivos (tal como micromatrices) asi preparados, usos de los mismos, y productos e informacion obtenidos a partir de los mismos.
