Abstract
La presente invencion proporciona polinucleotidos novedosos que codifican los polipeptidos de HLRRBM1, fragmentos y homologos de los mismos. Tambien se proporcionan vectores, celulas hospederas, anticuerpos y metodos recombinantes y sinteticos para la produccion de los polipeptidos. La invencion ademas se refiere a metodos de diagnostico y terapeuticos para aplicar estos polipeptidos novedosos de HLRRBM1 para la diagnosis, tratamiento y/o prevencion de diversas enfermedades y/o trastornos relacionados con estos polipeptidos, particularmente enfermedades y/o trastornos inmunes. La invencion ademas se refiere a metodos de examen para identificar agonistas y/o antagonistas de los polinucleotidos o polipeptidos de la presente invencion.
